Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer


Will act as a technical expert for customer and internal teams on Dynamics CRM projects such as implementation, customization, migration, and more.

The person may be responsible for more than one aspect of a project. Other responsibilities include configuration, data, and support. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, a multi-tasker, be thoroughly organized, and should be able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.



Required Skills



  • Must be an expert user of Dynamics CRM and have the ability to customize it with ease.

  • Ability to be both analytical and strategic with a good understanding of business processes, practices, and procedures.

  • Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics CRM capabilities, functions and features

  • Conduct hands-on configuration and development of the various components of Microsoft CRM

  • Assist internal resources with support and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical and functional capabilities

  • Quickly understand the existing Dynamics CRM 365 Online Application and come up to speed.

  • Experience in End to End CRM implementation

  • Solid understanding of CRM system components and environment

  • Excellent in developing customizations (i.e. Plugin, JS, custom applications)

  • Experienced in Microsoft development tools and technologies, especially .NET, web applications, JavaScript, SQL

  • Integration experience with Scribe and other tools will be an advantage
