Will act as a technical expert for customer and internal teams on Dynamics CRM projects such as implementation, customization, migration, and more.
The person may be responsible for more than one aspect of a project. Other responsibilities include configuration, data, and support. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, a multi-tasker, be thoroughly organized, and should be able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be an expert user of Dynamics CRM and have the ability to customize it with ease.
Ability to be both analytical and strategic with a good understanding of business processes, practices, and procedures.
Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics CRM capabilities, functions and features
Conduct hands-on configuration and development of the various components of Microsoft CRM
Assist internal resources with support and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical and functional capabilities
Quickly understand the existing Dynamics CRM 365 Online Application and come up to speed.
Experience in End to End CRM implementation
Solid understanding of CRM system components and environment
Excellent in developing customizations (i.e. Plugin, JS, custom applications)
Integration experience with Scribe and other tools will be an advantage
